I've always been incredibly smart about fitness and stuff but have never listened or taken in my own advice so I've neglected my body entirely and helped my friends achieve their dreams and have forgotten my own. But not anymore, I am now 17 (as of yesterday), motivated and living in boarding school. I want my senior year to be UHMAZING and I think I'll start making it amazing in my junior year :D
Every day I'll post what I eat (just so I'm aware), how much activity I did (fitness wise) and just random rants and posts on how I'm feeling. I will also post a motivational quote ever day ('cuz I'm lazy and need the motivation!) If I read books that help or find little fitness trips and tricks I like or videos I will definitely share with you guys. Every month I make a Power Playlist with music I listen to while working out and stuff! I will also write my monthly goals at the beginning of every month.
Measurement Mondays - Yup! Measurements, half way through the diet week just because it's M, M! I will measure thigh, buttocks, arm (flexed), top of arm, calf, breasts, waist, stomach, shoulders, above breast, and ribs.
Tough Tuesdays - Dieting is hard and you need to get your emotions out. Every day I will post a little "how I am feeling post" with a little emoticon and a brief summary of what was hard or easy that day and on Tuesdays (the day before my weigh in) I will sum up the whole week's "feelings" and my worries for the weigh in.
Weigh In Wednesday - I've always weighed myself on Wednesdays, don't ask me why, I just always have! So every Wednesday I will do a weigh in. Once a month I will also post measurements which, honestly, is my biggest goal!
Food Fridays - Every Friday I'll share a recipe I like or just a quick food trick! I'll try to do this every Friday but that might be hard seeing as I don't have an oven :(
